SHIPPING POLICY

  1. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

  2. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for our customers. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days.

  3. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

  4. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped, allowing them to track the status of their package.

  5. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim in the event of a lost or stolen package.

  6. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any shipping issues in a timely manner.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
