  2. Shipping Options: We offer standard (3–5 business days) and expedited (1–2 business days) shipping options at checkout.
  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
  5. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  6. Customer Support: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any shipping issues, please reach out — we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.

Exchange Policy 

At Modestique, we want you to love your purchase! While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:


  1. Exchange Requests: Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving their package to request an exchange.
  2. Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the tag still attached.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  4. Final Sale Items: All discounted items and hijabs are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for quality control purposes.

  • Please note that discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
